New fish white spots

I got a new fish today and it has white can anyone identify

No did not quarantine acclimated for 3 hours and then put in tank pet travel for 8 hours in plastic bag

That's ich, and pretty bad. You'll need to remove all fish to a qt tank, treat with copper and leave the tank fallow for 76 days
