Hello! I have a 10 gallon marine tank (no corals). I want to get 1 clownfish, 1 cleaner shrimp, and 1 firefish. Is this an ok setup? I heard clownfish are semi-aggressive and territorial, so I want to know if these fish are all compatible. Do I need a larger "cleanup crew"? I would like to get blue leg hermit crabs as well which are around $1 at my lfs. Last question: I checked my pH and it's at 8.0. Do I need to buy pH up or is 8.0 ok? Thank you guys!!

No, leave the pH where it's at.
A clown and a firefish may be pushing it in a small tank. The firefish is very passive and the clown can be aggressive. It's advisable to keep one or the other.

Cut off the end of a pair of pantyhose and let it rot in it for easy removal. Congrats on not cycling with a fish.!
Are you going to use a HOB (hang on back) Filter such as an AquaClear30 or the likes? It will help keep a healthy tank. Also, keep an eye on $1 per gallon at PETCO as a 20 long would be heaven for the clown you wish to buy.

My suggestions would be
Barnacle blenny, tailspot blenny, other small combtooth blennies
Shrimp gobies, cleaner gobies and Eviota genus gobies
Firefish
Pink streaked wrasse, possum wrasse
Geometric Pygmy hawkfish
Yellow assessor or swissguard basslet
Azure damsel (but no other damsel cause they get big and are more aggressive than the azure)
I would pick 2-4 fish. I think firefish fight unless they are a bonded pair but I am a but unclear on this so someone else can be a better help to you there than I.
Good luck with your new aquarium. By the way I’d recommend thinking about getting a cheap led and soft corals down the line- they aren’t very hard to care for and can make the aquarium super beautiful as they grow
