New fish

Neither.
Start with less aggressive fish first, and work your way up to the tangs, assuming the tank is at least 100g
You put the tang in an he’s going to claim the whole DT, and kick out anyone new.
Firefish, gramma, clowns, all suitable firsts.

Not ideal first fish. As the tank will go through various spikes and chemistry changes, consider fire fish goby, clown goby, strawberry basslet, 6 line wrasse

Should of said also have 2 yellow tail damsels and 2 mocha clowns sorry didn't include that.

Adding fish slowly at first is a simple precaution that helps the tank bacteria and other microfauna get established to support a healthy reef. I used to work at a fish store and back then I would sell you all the fish you wanted when you wanted them. That was our business and that is what the owner told us to do.
Looking at your new tank thread I would encourage you to wait a month before you add another fish. I know that the tank looks "empty" with only a few fish but that is better than full with a lot of sick fish that don't live to see Christmas.
Free advice. I'm often wrong and learning all the time. Welcome to the site and have fun with this hobby! :)
