Added this new guy today

but after getting home and continuing with research I read it’s possible “ they eat crabs , snails , urchins “
Is this the same fish ?

I’m not a wrasse expert but if it’s a Formosa it will eat inverts

Juvenile red coris…reef with caution is the usual category so hopefully you get a well behaved one.

Think you are right. Believe it is a Juvi Formosa. Bad news is it’s not reef with caution. Just a plain no.

it was labeled as a clown wrasse
But remembering it turned to a beautiful colour as an adult . But I couldn’t remember the exact name

Clown wrasse is a juvi red but as gtinnel says doesn’t have as much black as a Formosa.

Definitely a formosa. They get big, too (probably 12"+ in captivity).

Urchins, crabs, shrimp and small invertebrates. Effectively the best parts of your cleanup crew... I don't know about serpent stars, but it indicates they're great hunters, so...

Yeah anything that is slow moving is on the menu. And crunchy.

As an adult, yes to eating those and flipping rocks if it wants to.
