New fluval 13 gallon evo

Hi just have a few questions. This is my second saltwater aquarium I am moving up to this 13.5 gallon tank. Any suggestions on corals for this tank Once it is cycled and ready to go. How many livestock would fit into this size tank? How often should I do water changes maintenance schedule for a well looking tank with thriving coral and livestock thanks.

Fluval ps2 protein skimmer
14000k output light
3 stage mechanical/ chemical/biological

I would add an ATO to the list
I would 10% water weekly changes on water.
Acan, BTA, Zoas.
I would say maybe 2/3 fish depending on the fish and CUC.
