I have my new Foxface in a 75-gallon, currently around 4- 5 inches. I see it is just using one side of the tank. It is active but seems to just swim around that area. So is it normal?

Yes it’s completely normal. Fish take a long time to adapt. I’ve put in a Blenny and an orchid and only seen them twice in one year. No they haven’t died… I’d say I last saw them for the second time 2 months ago… but before that 7 months ago was first sight.
Yes, totally normal. Foxfaces are really skittish. Take a while to really settle in, and do some random stuff at times. Very cool fish though, congrats!
