New Frag Done For?

Got this ORA Frogskin frag 2 days ago and noticed it is peeling in the middle. However, it still has good polyp extension. Any chance it will survive or is it on its way out?

Doesn't look good. I would cut the tips off of it and remount. And also super glue over any peeling.

But once a frag starts doing this it's hard to stop it
