I am setting up a new set of tanks for mother colonies and frags and need some guidance. My plan is to have a 40B flanked by 2, 20 gal longs with a 40B sump. Here's the first hurdle, I have all the tanks but none of them are RR so they'll have to be drilled. What size plumbing and holes would be recommended.
The frags will be a mix sps and LPS with very few "utility" fish, 6 lines, yellow coris ect.
The sump will be located directly under the 40B. Here are a couple pics and a sketch if it helps. Total system will be 120gals so I'm thinking a mag 12 should work for the return pump, there will be less than 40" of height from sump to tanks.
