New Frag Tank

Well I got the idea from BRS, but I didn't buy it from them. They want to much money for it. I bought it local. I actually bought two of them, one for Softies and the other for Stonies. I haven't set that one up yet. Maybe in a couple weeks after I get done with the rest of the stuff I'm doing. Here's some pictures of it. running. It's 2' X 4' X 8 inches deep. I figure it will hold a few frags. I added it to my RKE. Light is a T5 - 6 bulb fixture. 54W per bulb. I bought the ATI Bulbs. I still have to tidy up the wires and connections.

Nah not in this one it's for softies only. It's got Biological filtration in the groves of the tank. You just can't see it in the pictures. The next one that will be for SPS will have a sump and dosing pumps.

what was the price difference between all seasons and BRS?

On Stand and Tray only BRS wants $499.00 I bought mine for $365.00 The big difference comes with the lighting. For the 6 bulb ATI fixture they want $519.00. I bought same fixture same reflectors in it made by same manufacturer that ATI uses for $159.00. So BRS cost = $1018.00 I got mine for $524. Now I'm talking Stand and tank & light fixture only.

Only difference is ATI puts 2 fans in theirs to move heat up. Heat is not a problem in this type set up so fans not needed. You can come take a look at it see for yourself. Trust me I put 4 hours research into these two fixtures.

So what brand is the fixture and where did you buy it? That's a good deal.
