Hi. These are my first frags. I’m new to corals but have about a year so far with my SW tanks. I don’t have a par meter, but placed a makeshift frag rack where it gets moderately low flow and slightly closer to the light than my BTAs.
Rainbow interstellar
Armor of God
Utter Chaos
ultra fireworks clove
Pink blue ORA flowerpot
Metallic green flowerpot
branching GSP
candy cane
All of the zoas opened up nicely the first day in spite of being cut that day. The candy cane frag even opened up and took some brine shrimp which was pretty cool. The Metallic Green flowerpot opened up just fine, but the Pink blue ORA flowerpot has not nor has the branching GSP. Should these be opened by now? Could it be a light or flow issue? The branching GSP looked like a little bonsai tree at the frag shop. Now it looks like dead stump. The first picture is from day one (Saturday) and the second from today after I moved the branching GSP and flowerpot to the lower light side of the rack to see if it helps.
Temp: 76
pH: 8.1-8.2
nitrates: <10ppm
