hello, have had fish tanks for what feels like forever, finally moved into saltwater a few months ago. 65 gallon FOWLR..

2 BTA’s
1 carpet
2 percula clowns
2 blue damsels
1 3 stripe damsel
1 I believe he’s called a 1 stripe damsel
1 bi-color angel
1 bannefish
1 scopas tang
2 pajama cardinals

And a few shrimp, hermits and snails

We absolutely love them, the damsels are a bunch of ******s

So far nothing but healthy swimming creatures.

Don’t mind the backing, we have to redo it. Completely forgot to put it on until after we filled it with water.

Hello,

It’s good to see you on this amazing forum. You will find tons of lovely people with a wealth of knowledge. Your new Tank looks amazing, and what are your future plans with it?

I saw that it said or I think it said lol England or New England. If your from England what part, and if not what is it like there in New England for saltwater tanks? It’s really neat to see different tanks from different parts of the US and other countries.

What are your favorite aspects of this hobby so far, and of course the ones your not fond of? What sparked your interest in this hobby, (of course if I may ask).

Also the sign above your tank, is so true, I hope your tank is a result of that, and others to come.
Sincerely
Sarah

Other than overdoing it on the Damsels (personally, I wouldn't put a single one in my tank for the exact reason you and everyone else mentions), it sounds like you have got things setup nicely.

Welcome, I am also from New England (Massachusetts).

I laughed when you said you had a fowler and the first things you listed were anemone.

I have a fowler and a reef. The fish (mainly the puffer) in the fowler would not allow anything without sampling it.
