Yessss you called it pork roll. My wifes from north jersey and calls it Taylor's ham. Ughhhh almost got divorced over it lol

I checked out the NJ reefers club site a few weeks ago. Also went over to Mike in Parsippany a few weeks ago. Awesome guy and coral selection.

So the hoagie, sub or hero.
The myth is it was names given by different sandwich stands outside naval shipyards. Subs, was because that shipyard built submarines. Hoagie was because of the hog island where they built ships for the allies. Probably incorrect but its fun to connect to ww2 all the same lol.
