Hi im dylan from long island, new to the reef/forum world, but not to saltwater.
A bunch of years ago i had a predator tank with many fish over the years- lion, triggers, dog face puffer, couple wrasse varieties, huge snowflake eel that loved to be hand fed. i retired that tank a few years back, but recently picked up a buddies nano tank off him for free when he neglected the tank. after a little tlc i got the tank in pretty decent condition and added a few zoa colonies, a hammer bubble(not doing so hot), purple pseudo and the standard snails/hermits. I have notice much life coming out of the live rock-dusters, worms, brittle stars etc..so everything seems to be doing alright-and the zoas are beginning to spread/form new polyps. i use RO water and just supplement with kents nano A n B and dose a little iodine once in a while. I would like to add some more zoas and acans in the future and look forward to learning. questions/comments-id my zoas??
