New Goni

I picked up a Green Flowerpot coral a couple days ago. How long should it take for it to open back up

It should already be open if it went in your tank several days ago...

what is your PAR? what are your water parameters?

While water movement is important, I'm not sure it would stop it from opening entirely, which above seems to indicate is happening.

Mine have about 350 1/2 up in my 180.

I'm also assuming your tank has been fed something so it incentives it to come out for food. Reef Roids were developed for gonipora, but there are a LOT of other options that have come out since then...

Here are photos of my flower pots:

My green goni was the most stubborn coral I ever got, it took over a month for it to start opening. Just leave it alone, as long as its not melting or turning white, let it acclimate.

Mine is also under bright lights and heavy flow, and has been doing well for 2 years.
