Hello Everyone.
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Scott and I live on the Florida West Coast. I was into the hobby about 25 years ago before children. My kids are now out of college and on their own. I just purchased my first tank and equipment since then. Wow have things changed. I have no idea how we keep reef tanks back in the day. My new tank is a 180 gallon with a 40 gallon sump. Large octo protein skimmer, 55w UV, 2 MP 40, a wave pump, 3 Kessil A360x with controller, two additional 90 watt blue light bars, ATO and lots of other gadgets. The tank has about 150 lbs of live rock. After a full cycle, I started with a mated pair of perculas. Yesterday I got a fire fish, a diamond goby and a coral beauty Pygmy angel. Taking it slow as opposed to how I did it many years ago. I am looking forward to communicating with this group
