I am going to be starting a new frag tank to start growing out corals. I have picked the ones I am looking to grow based off talking to my LFS and seeing what I could consistently sell them and other local buyers. I have had a lot of tips my way but figured i would also post on here to see the the R2R communities thought are. I am going to be growing a large verity of Zoa's, Hammers, Torches, Acans and such. I am planning having using a sump system. My tank is going to be about 35 or 40g's and will have a sump at roughly the same size if not a little larger for tun of extra water filtration.
Please let me know what has done well for you and any Technics you used to increase your productivity in the tank. Lighting, Different Perimeters, Types of Power heads. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This will be set up in the next month and I will be adding my Build Threat. I am also planning on once i get up and going to give a lot away to the R2R community for all the help I have been given the last year of reefing.
Again, any advice helps.
Thank you.

I would first figure out what type of lighting you want to use. I know a lot of growers use T5 or T5/led hybrid setups, some even use entirely metal halide still. You'll want an even spread of lighting across the whole tank, so you'll want something that is well diffused.
