Hi, thank you! It has grown some as I took that photo a couple of weeks ago. It does have a stem now.The red bubbles are some form of Botryocladia. These are generally harmless, decorative macroalgae (clusters of grape-like bladders attached to a calcified stem), though one form, Red bubble algae (no stem), can become invasive. It's hard to tell if this individual is in invasive form of Botryocladia or not, since it looks quite immature (I would let it grow out and see if it develops a stem before deciding to remove it).

The red strings are some immature red macroalgae. As they grow, it will become easier to identify them.
The green filament is Chaetomorpha, good for nutrient export and housing micro-invertebrates (ideally, it belongs in a refugium).
