Good info! You've got a pretty good balance going. Once I have a few more fish in my tank I plan on start feeding fresh as well.
I currently feed LRS Reef Frenzy, Seachem Marine Flakes, and NewLife Spectrum pellets with a couple drops of Selcon.
I mix it all together and put them in the little jello-shot containers, then toss in the freezer. Took about 20 minutes to make a months worth of food, takes about 5 minutes to thaw with some RO water in a squirt bottle.
I haven't heard of the Omega stuff before, but the garlic additive seems like it could be a plus. I occassionaly add a couple drops of Kent Marine Garlic plus or whatever to my food as well.As of now I only have the Omega One Marine pellets but I was curious as to what the general consensus might be.
I was going to add Kent Marine garlic and Selcon to their diets but after reading about and buying the Omega One pellets I don't know if it is needed.I haven't heard of the Omega stuff before, but the garlic additive seems like it could be a plus. I've heard all kinds of good about the NewLife line, and I spent quite a bit of time researching before pulling the trigger. At the end of the day, the most important food for them will be the fresh/frozen as it has the most nutrients (from what I've read). The pellets and flakes are just a good additive to their diet so they get some variety, and they're cheaper than only feeding frozen/can be added to auto feeders.
I will eventually add a Zoa garden and a Hammer garden so that is why I was considering the Reef Frenzy.Reef Frenzy is awesome. I switch it up between Reef Frenzy, PE Mysis, Prime Flakes, and sinking pellets.
Make sure you don’t over feed them. A small pinch is all you need for some clownfish. But any of these foods would work

It's $14.78 on Amazon so I may order some.I feed those omega pellets as my only dry food. Everyone (except the bangai cardinal) loves them.
I also feed the lrs reef frenzy, hikari brine and mysis, and something like a carnivore collection as my frozen foods.
Should see if you can find some selcon additive, my fish really enjoy the food soaked in it couple times a week.
