IMG_0830.JPG Hello all!

I am new to the wonderful world of salt and have decided to jump in with a Coralife 29 biocube. I found the little guy on Craigslist with stand for $90!

After cleaning and giving some touch ups with a sharpie, I filled with 20# of Pukani dry rock from BRS and 20# of black Indo-Pacific argalive live sand and finally water testing at 1.026.

It's been one day with my stock pump and Koralia wave powerhead.

I plan on cycling for the next 4-6 weeks while I save up for other equipment including a retro light kit (nanobox vs steves leds vs ??), media reactors, refugium, whatever.

Here for the advice, wisdom and jokes of fellow enthusiasts so bring it on!

Looking good! Welcome to R2R. I'd suggest starting a Member's Tank thread and document your build....also a great place to add pictures and ask questions. The above info is a great start to your Tank thread. Again, welcome!
