I have a 40 gallon breeder with a current light for a mixed reef tank....I was wondering what acceptable on lowest intensity on the whites I can run? for more blue also how long I should I be running white as well?...my main concern is not to hurt the corals of course...I read online but so many different views not sure what to believe..A buddy of mine suggested this was a good place to start......I was hoping someone here could school me real me quick on white lights
..

I run. About 80% blues and 15% whites. What lights do you have?

Well I'm still new so I have the discontinued current for size 36 to 43 I believe....which I have read doesn't have a strong intensity...but my coral say otherwise....also I am saving up for a better light regardless with more of a color spectrum hopefully by November...

Current USA lights?

Ok.
I would keep the bluest high and whites low.
4/1 ratio of blues to whites
