So the last time my hammer grew a new head it did so by splitting into 2. But noticed today that it looks like several new heads growing out of the side of its base. They’re fleshy and moving with the flow. Do you all think it’s popping out new heads? Do you have pictures of your experiences with this?

Congratulations on the baby :) here are mine

In my experience, the ones from splitting grow large and the little ones stay tiny. Anyone had a different experience?

The babies take way longer to grow, but its awesome to see them grow from nothing

So they’ll survive Fragging that small?!

I fragged one that small when I moved the mother. I glued it to the orginal base of the mother which had a couple other tiny heads. The main head did take a while to grow but was about a quarter sized expanded after several months. I have some small heads on my main colony that are getting more light and they are starting to grow better.
