That is a seriously awesome setup you got with that house. Most people here would give a couple body parts for such a thing. Its about as complete as it could be. It also looks like you have plenty of room to grow in the tank its self. Seems the previous owner had more fish than corals. This setup could easily go either way.

Now its time for a crash course on maintaining that thing. There is a lot to learn, but you came to a good place to learn everything.

If it were me, I would go through all my equipment and clean everything. As was mentioned, the UV filter is not required and most do without. But since its there, you might want to give that a cleaning also and possibly consider replacing the bulb... Or you could simply bypass it, sell it, and save on the electricity usage. Go through all the tubing and clean things out. Just take out the majority of the junk, not try to sterilize it. Might want to check your pumps and make sure they are clean and functioning efficiently.

I cant tell how many snails and crabs you have, but you should have a dozen or so in there to help with the algae farm you have. If you only have a couple, go get more and that will definitely help.

That Apex system is awesome! Once you get your probes cleaned and calibrated, this system can accurately monitor and log your system parameters. You do need to figure out how to log in, but if all else fails, you might have to factory reset it. Your cleaning guy should be there to help you reconfigure it. With that, you can log in at any time and see if things are on target, or notify you if something is off. Very helpful.

Once you get your Ph and salinity set and stable, things will start recovering nicely. Hopefully your chemistry is all good. With an established tank, it should not be a problem. Phosphates may be high, but the algae would help with that.

What a way to start, thrown off the deep end. Keep asking questions here and you will get good answers. I would also find out from the LFS if there is a local reef club and get involved there as well.
