New here in Reef2Reef and dealing with Dinoflagellates

Hello, I am new to this forum. I will tell you a bit about myself.

I am not new to the saltwater tank world but I started again around 8 months ago. I am originally from Venezuela where I used to get my rocks and many stuff from the sea. Now I can't do that since I am not leaving there.

My tank right now is a 120 Gallon with a 55-gallon sump that I made from my old tank.

The equipment I have in my tank are:

My RODI Unit
Apex system
BRS dual reactor with GFO and Carbon
ATO
UV Sterilizer
Bubble Magus 7 Skimmer
Battery Backup

I am here to help and get help and learn a lot from you guys.

Right now I have to face the biggest challenge in this saltwater world. I am dealing with Dinoflagellates and I am trying different approaches and they are not working. Please help!

Welcome! This forums can teach you a lot about the hobby and you'll meet great people!

I battle the dinos for months... honestly I have no idea how I got rid of them haha... I kept up on water changes and about 2 months down the road they just went away. there is a big thread on here about them but its very large thread
