hello everyone and thank you for accepting me to this forum. I am currently building a 35 gallon reef tank so far I have zoanthids and two frags of Green Star polyps and mushroom. as far as fish i have, a yellowtail tail blue damsel, a green chromis, a 4 stripe damsel and a molly that I've acclimated to my reef tank from my freshwater community aquarium. once again thank you so much for accepting me here and I'm glad being part of this form.

Welcome to the AWESOME R2R.
part with those damsels if you can, they're very territorial specially in a small Tank.

yup, i found that out..bringing them back to my LFS this weekend. what fish would you suggest for me? I'm looking for at least 2 to 3 inches 4 inches at the most fully grown.

Once you move the damsels, you can get away with a pair of firefish a goby.
Look into a goby & shrimp pair; they're very interesting.

A pair of cardinals would be suitable also.
Can you describe your filtration method and what size & kind of skimmer are you using?

this is my first time doing a reef tank so for my phone trace I'm using a tetra whisper X 45, and I'm going to buy a protein skimmer. is suggesting of a cheap protein skimmer the does the job.

You could rock a small wrasse such as a 6 line. I have a jewel damsel in my 75 and he gets along with everyone. I introduced him with a group to deter the aggression. Fish his siz3 he leaves alone

About 3 inches. Pretty specimen will also be productive by eating bristle worms if you get any hitch hikers. What fish fo you have now exactly? Any inverts or anemones?

i have 4 stripe damsel, yellow tail damsel and a dalmation molly. 2 hermit crab. a colony of zoanthids a frag of green star polyps, and a mushroom.

If u want a more peaceful community i would think of trading the damsels. Especially in that small environment. Just depends on what u want. Did your tank cycle and bloom?

yes the tank is cycled....its been up for 3 months, but I just recently added to corals and the damsel and the molly. so I cycled it without any fish in it
