Hi! I am new to Reef2Reef so just wanted to say hi everyone. I have been in the hobby for about two years and am totally hooked. I have been reading every forum, every magazine and every book I can get my hands on in order to improve my know.edge and do things right. My current tank is a 80 gallon that is now one year old. I have some LPS corals and plan to move to SPS but want to have everything stabilized first and finish stocking with fish.

Thanks everyone! I will post some pictures but unfortunately the tank is not looking great. Over this first year I ran into several issues (disease killing half my fish when I added the last one, algae, etc) so the tank is far from where I want it to be. I am still stocking it (after the disease I now quarantine everything for 8 weeks and treat prophylactically with Cupramine and praziquantel) and so only have a few LPS and two softies.

The tank is a Eheim incpiria Marine 300 liters.

One of the latest additions. This guy was splendid, ate like a pig from my hand... But developed a taste for LPS feeding tentacles (Acans and Trachyphylias). Had to take him back.

Thanks! The algae problem is a bummer though. I will not be adding SPS before I am done dealing with it so It is kind of frustrating but other than that enjoying every moment [emoji4]
