hi
My name is Ken I have been keeping fish for nearly thirty years now but tried my hand at keeping a saltwater-aquarium about eight years ago. I was in the Air Force for over twenty years and was usually away from home for months at a time. My family always managed to keep everything alive and the tanks fairly clean but I couldn't make the move to saltwater until after I retired.
I throughly enjoy the hobbie but I am still learning the ends and outs of maintaining a saltwater tank and I am constantly reading everything I can to learn more about the hobby

Welcome to R2R and like already said thank you for your service. If we can help with anything just start a thread and somebody will be happy to help. Let's see some pictures of the setup as you go.

*Welcome to Reef2Reef @Klcan !* Your aquarium is looking good and I like how you have arranged the rocks.

Thank you, I arranged those rock for about an hour got frustrated and left it alone for about a hour came back and decided to leave them like they were.
The fish seem to love the arrangement they hover over the rocks during the day and each fish has a hiding space at night.
I'm just worried about placing my corals in the tank and hoping its enough room for everything

Well,I liked both arrangements and one could really could stack the corals up either way.Is that a mangrove root? I really like the look of those yet I can't seem to keep them alive.

The mangrove root was a friends idea the puffer bites on it and has not touched anything else. I guess the puffer gnawing on a $6 root is better than a $10 or twenty dollar coral frag.

Welcome home Ken! You'll love it here. Thanks for sharing your photos!
