Ordered new electric Blue hermit crab - has it broken a leg?

it moves very slow.

How much faster do you want the little guy to move? He has to carry his house everywhere! Looks like a normal hermit crab waddle to me.

looks like a normal hermit to me. . . sometimes the way their legs are they look odd/wonky. . . but this dude looks pretty normal to me...

The LFS typically has jars of them, or I have gotten packs of them from Amazon. They just have to be the right size, and typically a marine species of snail. For some hermits it is necessary, they need them to grow. But for the small “reef” hermits people get, they usually are full size and its more about giving them something to play with.
