Question, my town uses hypochlorite for disinfection, is this chlorine or chloramine?

Technically, neither (it is bleach), but that is the form chlorine takes at higher pH.

It is not chloramine.

Oh thanks. I thought bleach was sodium hypochlorite and thats why i was confused.

I haven't seen any. But copper and chloramine are the worst.

My tap TDS comes in at a whopping 14-18, and I have a water quality report, so I was trying to identify what they 14-18 was. Thank again for the great info!
