Question, my town uses hypochlorite for disinfection, is this chlorine or chloramine?

Are there any good resources (other than posting it here) for analyzing your own water report?

Like a chart for what we're watching out for at what quatinties?

I haven't seen any. But copper and chloramine are the worst.

There's no such list (since Ok levels are not established for most things) but I discuss tap water issues here:

Aquarium Chemistry: Tap Water in Reef Aquaria ? Advanced Aquarist | Aquarist Magazine and Blog

This is very helpful! Thank you so much! I'm going to dig a little deeper in it.
My tap TDS comes in at a whopping 14-18, and I have a water quality report, so I was trying to identify what they 14-18 was. Thank again for the great info!
