New house, New build

Moved over a good chunk of the rock to the sump it’ll be ready to move the corals tomorrow. Then I’m going to start treatment on my fish.

Par is dialed in on both frag tanks, rocks are in will be adding the coral tomorrow. Roughly 100 par for the soft coral tank and around 300 for the sps frag tank.

I’m been debating on the soft coral tank to just make my own with egg crate and acrylic legs. But the sps tank I’m thinking of having onemadfish make me one.

not a clue ,never measured ,die hard t12 vho user ,def enough to do anything ,just eyeball lower light areas as needed ,old school ,read the corals..
side note ,if going custom built tank give @Joe Glass Cages a call ..

Did some test today on the frag tanks. Looks like I’ll have to start dosing phosphate until I add my fish. All fish are going through copper started today.

Some of the corals they are bouncing back pretty quick from the rough couple months they have been threw.

First dose of copper on the fish taking extra precautions this time around.

Bumped copper up a bit today. Everyone is eating very well still we shall see how the next couple days go while I ramp it up.

Parameters have been stable for the last few days. Alk decreasing a tad everyday but I will be hooking up my Kalk stirrer once I add more corals. But not a bad start. I wonder how long until I’m able to try a beginner sps.

Have had this in the box for months now figured I would give it a try. Not sure how I feel about this tester. Might have to bump this up a bit.

Bought some supplies today to make my skimmer stand and some diy holders for my heaters. Also picked up a small pump for water changes on the qt to keep separate from main tank.

Copper is slowly getting up there should be at target by the end of the weekend. Fish are looking good still and eating very well.

Do you guys think I should try some starter sps corals in these frag tanks? Or is it too soon? I sold my sps before the move so I didn’t lose them.
