I am building a new house which will be form spray insulation. I want to go with a RedSea Reefer/Max tank up above the garage in an office room (Largest Tank they have). I was going to have RODI water being prepped in garage and pumping upstairs with an auto water change system. I wanted to get some feedback on these thoughts.

Ventilation or Dehumidifier? Since it is sealed, I don't want to get so much moisture we start growing mold.

Power?

Drainage? Running water lines up through the wall?

I have septic so will the saltwater pretty much kill any bacteria? The septic will have a spray so will constant water with some salt kill the grass?

Thanks For any advice.
