New improved Hanna Calcium Checker... any good?

Hey guys... so just received a newsletter from Hanna Instruments...showing the new improved Calcium Checker... supposed to make it easier to test with the new 0.1 ml pipette...

Anyone try this yet? any feedback?

Hmm, the pipette is interesting but the accuracy isn't very good. +/- 25 ppm (6%) at 420 ppm? That means your reading could be anywhere from 395 to 445 if your water was really at 420. This accuracy doesn't instill much confidence.

Good point... never really looked at the accuracy information for any test kit...

wonder if Red Sea and Salifert disclose their accuracy information.... gonna go check now...
