New jawfish hiding and cannot find. Blue spotted jawfish

Hi All,

I got a new blue spotted jawfish about 4 days ago. I cannot seem to locate home, I did notice the next day of putting him in but I do have a sand sifting that maybe be aggressive to him.

How can I find him, and protect him?

Anyone have any experience and I input?

Not an easy fish to keep ..... Should really have an 'expert only' designation. I hope you're an expert.

They do need lower temps. I believe 72ish

Check around the tank, they are jumpers

I have one that I've had to rescue from the overflow, even with a cover on it. I've found him down in my refugium. They jump like crazy. Make sure you have all possible jump areas covered. If it reappears that is.
