Any quick tips on Keeping great water quality? Tank is cycled and running. Just wanted to know what I could use to keep good water quality

Protein skimmer. Many ones are designed for all in one systems, like the aquagadget ghost skimmer. I believe that tank has a "refugium" area in the sump so macroalgae will help.

Also, frequent water changes

You can dose two-part, kalkwasser, or who knows what, but what is said above will usually be enough until you have a lot of coral.
