What are some good New Jersey LFS, I live in central New Jersey but I would like to know any store withing reasonable distance!

some names for you to look

Ocean Gallery 2
Aqua Oceans going there today because its close.
Pet Shanty
Tropiquarium
reef to reptile
pet asylum

Mainly north jersey and ocean county where in nj do you live.

I like the hidden reef right over the burlington bristol bridge huge store.
There is also a few shops around me that are local that are on my favorite mom and pop stores. 88 pets on rt 88 nj is pretty good and usally have some nice fish and frags in.

I have been to Ocean Gallery 2, reef to reptie, pet aslyum and tropiquarium. Tropiquarium is by far the best place I have ever been to so far. Pet Asylum I would only go to for supplies. Reef to Reptie, i wasn't too impressed with. Ocean Gallery 2 is very nice as well but is about 45 minutes and to me Tropiquarium was just cleaner more knowledgable and very very nice. I have never heard of Aqua Oceans though, what is that like?

I went to gallery II they are ok. They will sell you anything.
Pent shanty seemed a bit nicer and prices were better. They would sell me fish based on the water sample I brought. I appreciate their honesty.

Where is tropiquarium?

Tropaquarium is on rt 35 in ocean township, across the street is aquarium care center (where reefs 2 reptiles used to be). Not sure where you're located but I have been hearing really good things about the elos store in short hills. Haven't made the trip yet because of the distance but I really want to check it out.

I went to Elos about a month and a half ago. I was really impressed with the amount livestock they had in the store. Of course, the beautiful rimless tanks and lights was just as nice. Wished I could have stayed longer but the kids were complaining how hungry they were and wanted to leave now.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Absolute Fish; great eye candy- a tad expensive. I like OGII, and look forward to checking out a few other of the reccommended; AO and Elos must be good for the harder to find fish as I've seen them in a post or two. Tropiqurium has been propagating for years in MI ha ha that will be an easy name to remember to put in the navigation next time we are down that way.

You're thinking tropicorium I'm MI. Tropaquarium is not affiliated with them but they are a great store. AO is also very nice with great livestock.

Absolutely fish and elos are my go to for livestock, tropiquarium for supplies. They've got great deals on tanks.

Aquarium Care Center rt 35 south in ocean is great too. Owners are great knowledgeable people. And of course trop aquarium is great too.

Went to elos. Very nice looking store.
Very limited fish selection and frags.
Staff was very informative and nice.
Def will go back sometime soon.

Went to elos today they have a bigger selection of coral now.
I picked up a rainbow acan and a neon green favia under $100 both have multiple heads.
