Hi, I recently got a medium sized Kole tang from a LFS, I didn't quarentine him as the only thing in the tank were 2 healthy clownfish from the same store. Anyway cut to now it's been 1 week, the first day he was pecking at the rocks for a few hours then spent hours fighting with his reflection. I've only seen him eat once the whole time I've had him. I've tried sea veggies, green algae with garlic, frozen herbivore food, brine flakes, pellets and frozen brine I had for the clown fish. Last night I noticed skin flaking around his gills and some discoloration, when I zoomed in on the pics I got I see tiny white spots around his eyes. I'm going to stop on my way home this afternoon and set up a 20 gallon tank to get him in it, any ideas of he looks sick, or could it be just from not eating much.

To me his coloration looks good— perhaps he’s still just settling in. Keep us posted. For what it’s worth, mine likes pellets best. Best wishes!
