New lemonpeel angel with swollen lips

3 inch lemonpeel angel arrived yesterday. Acclimated her and placed her into 10 gallon cycled QT tank. Noticed her lips are swollen and pale with some areas that look mildly inflamed (light pink). Very healthy looking fish otherwise. Very active in tank but not interested in eating at this point (24 hours in tank now). Any thoughts on the swollen sore looking lips? She arrived like this. No other lesions on fish. Thanks for any ideas!

The swollen lips could just be damage from shipping. Any redness around the gills? Should be easy to spot on a Lemonpeel.

No redness around gills. If it wasn’t for the swollen lips she would be perfect. Very thick healthy looking fish

You could try Epsom Salts (plain USP, no additives, scents, etc.) to help relieve the swelling. 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons. You can dose this twice.
