They have saltwater ($1/gal) and equipment in stock already.

They know nothing of it also. I was there, they know nothing about any of there stock really.

Hmmm, really...did you talk to all the people who own/work there? Not saying this is not the case...I chatted with a couple folks yesterday and that's not the impression I got. Opening a fairly large pet shop and knowing nothing about any of their live stock would seem like a stretch to me.
