For tangs I would use the Algae max pellets. But marine is fine too, it has some spirulina in it.

I think its good part of a mixed diet. I supplement nori and frozen foods as well.

yea i don't just feed pellets i feed
mysis
brine shrimp with spirulina
ocean nutrition angel formula (has sponge in)
ocean nutrition formula 2 small pellets
Fist Bite Veggie Feast
Green seaweed

but was thinking of swapping out ocean nutrition formula 2 for NLS
