hello guys.. just upgraded and bought a new 90 gallon aquarium.. it’s 4 feet long.. has been up and running for about a month now and everything looks good so far... transferred my rocks and some coral from my old small 55 gallon tank and got a new kessil AP700 light. The light sits in a canopy so it’s only about 4 inches from the top of the water.. I just need a little help with intensity and shades of blue or white to use.. and exactly how long I should keep the light on for. I will include some pictures of the corals I have so you guys have an idea of what’s in the tank.. thank you

First picture is the settings I have now for the light and intensity
