New Lighting Lots of questions

So I have a red sea 525. I have just purchased on orphek atlantik v4 from BRS. I am currently using Current USA setup and am going to completely change over. My question is does the community have any suggestions on how to do this? I do not want to just turn the new light on without thought to bleaching my existing coral. I plan to move all my softies that have a problem with the new light to the left and right of the tank where the light should be a lot less intense. I want to grow a clam lps and sps towards the center changing depth for each type. In the future I plan on adding a second v4 though I am currently smoothing over spending 1k on a light bulb with my wife. Let me know your thoughts or recommendations. Thank you.

The red one is $15
Milwaukee makes a submersible for $75
And the seney par meter is about $180.

In short , it’s good to note the intensity and make it the target, but start about 30-40 lower and gradually move up to the desired levels.

There is an "slow acclimation" setting on the Orphek. I would start with that and then after a few days start ramping up to what you are comfortable with.

Setting intensity can be a big deal esp for lower Light Corals. It’s way to easy to give too much or two little.
