I recieved some live rock almost a week ago and I'm starting to see some things pop up. I'm also worried about this white stuff (last 2 pics) that is starting to grow. Any ideas of what it could be?

+1 aiptasia.
If the white stuff looks fuzzy (hard to see in pic), it’s probably just a sponge.

Do sponges just grow slowly? The white stuff has been growing over the past few days.

So I decided to check out my tank with all the lights out, and I spotted what looked like a 1/4in pill bug or sand flea looking thing. It crawled away before I could snap a pic unfortunately. Any idea what it may have been??

It’s most likely an amphipod, copepods or isopod. Most all of them are beneficial and eventually become free fish food.
As for sponges, some can grow and cover entire portions of rock in a week. Some are slow growing. I find the fuzzy type grow the fastest. They usually go away on their own in my tank and I don’t bother fussing over them.

These are the joys of live rock. It is a great benefit but also a royal PAIN. I agree with the above post. I would get those out quickly before more pop up.
