I'm looking for a new light bulb. My Dad and I both agree that the Phoenix are burning brighter than when I first got them and I want a little more blue in the tank without having to add more T5's. I'm going to change the UVL Super Actinic to a ATI Blue Plus next time around. I was thinking about getting the Ushio 20K unless the Ushio 14K is more blue than the Phoenix 14K. I'm not concerned about decrease coral growth since I don't have much room for the corals to grow. Any suggestions?

I would recommend Radium 20K's and I can set you up with nice pricing if you are interested. If so shoot me a PM.

+1 on the Radiums. I tried a lot of bulbs, before I discovered Radiums. I have yet to find something I like better. They really have a nice blue color, make the corals colors "pop", and I still get great growth.

I was going to try the Ushio 20k bulb myself this time around.

OP sig suggests DE bulbs....don't think the Radiums have one yet, if they do please show me where because I'd love 2

I would have to say the Helios DE 20k if you can find one. I have it running on a Sunlight Galaxy ballast and the coloration is really nice.
