New member sick clownfish.

Recently purchased a few weeks ago and over the weekend noticed a white bump on his cheek. From my searching it looks like maybe lymphocytosis?

I am not convinced regarding lymphocytosis. This lesion looks rather raised around a flatter centre. Looks to me like an abrasion with secondary bacterial infection. If it does not get better , a hospital tank with antibiotics would be my advice.
