its hard to discern from the pics. i would have to say its all coraline. and good. coraline comes in different shades and colors if it has a hair or bubbke or slime like texture then its most likely bad,

im no expert but it looks like a star polyp. in the case of corals i would ask a more knowlegeable member. i have had to ask as well on mine i have palythoa growing in my tank and this could be that as well. DO NOT TOUCH IT it is very toxic but can be beautiful

If not you may want to pull that out by hand.The round thing pictured is out of focus.It may be a harmless feather duster or a troublesome aiptasia.Check out this thread here-

I have hermit crabs and one snail. What eats the hair algae ? And the round thing retracts into a tube when anything gets near it. I'm attaching another pic that I hope is clearer

Okay guys my pics aren't very good but I have something that I don't know what it is. Hopefully even with the bad photo someone can help. It's the round thing in center
