Hi!
I've been reefing for about a year now and love it. I have a stressful job so fine tuning and maintenence on my tanks keeps my mind off of work! I've been keeping cichlids for about 30 years and was losing interest in the hobby until about a year ago. I was visiting inlaws in Indiana, hubby and his bro were working on cars(yawn) so I went exploring and found Inland Aquatics. WOW!!! Amazing set ups, beautiful and healthy fish, glowing corals... When I got home my friend at work decided to breakdown her 29 gal FOWLER and gave me everything and my brother gave me his BioCube = instant salt tank! I started off with a Kenya tree frag (now I have 30) and the rest is history.
I currently have 3 tanks running, a 110 gal (60x18) acrylic African Cichlid tank set up in 1992, a 29 gal biocube with softies (1yr) and a 28 gal LED Pro Nanocube (4mos)with easy lps/sps. I am getting a Red Sea Max 250 with an LED mod. on Sunday. The contents of the 2 cubes will be going in there. I'll be using the Biocube as a QT tank for future additions.

Welcome to R2R! My wife will be happy to meet another "girl" reefer! LOL!

Welcome to R2R, sounds like you've got some serious aquarium experience behind you. Be sure and check out the freshwater interest forum as well.

Hi there! Rev's wife here! Glad to have another "girl" reefer!! You got any pics of your tank?

Welcome and glad the trip to Inland Aquatics brought you into the hobby. Agree that the place is amazing, our club has visited there several times and our president has known the owner for many years so we always get a full tour of the facility with a lengthy presentation of the history and operation. You will really enjoy this site, you don't have to weed through posts by people that use the internet to post nasty comments and run people down because they think they know more than you. Everyone here is not only helpful but very friendly and kind.
