I not what you would call a newbe. I had my first saltwater tank over 50 years ago my first animal was a pair of seahorses. Which proceeded to drop 30 babies on me, it threw my little 10 year old mind into a panic.
I worked in the pet industry for many years off and on, until I retired a few years ago. I currently have two tanks a 75 gallon which I have started a reef, all new frags a flameback angel, a yellow mimic tang, two green gobies, a copper banded butterfly, and a mandrin goby, and a 90 gallon which is currently a fish only with a purple tang, a koran angel, a yellow and black soap fish, a sargassum trigger, and a tomato clown and a really old man damsel. All of the fish were purched as quarter size. I have the frag bug bad and don't seem to be able to resist a good sale. My next project will be to slowly change the 90 over to reef. Before I got interested in the reef, i got my saltwater fix by getting small fish and teaching them to eat and to watch them grow.
