New Microscope

Hello,

Just purchased a cheap microscope to see what kind of things I can find in my tank. Can someone tell me what the black things are in this picture? or is there a place we have here on R2R just for these types of things?

Kind of look like dinoflagellates but too dark too tell.

try to shine your cell phone flashlight underneath it and get a pic. Or a flashlight.

I was thinking of getting a microscope but since I know nothing on identifying these micro organism I did not bother. I think I remember someone posting a link to a site that catalogs them? It might help the OP.

I’ve searched for a list of different ids, but haven’t found what I was looking for. If someone knows of a detailed catalog that would be great!
