New Mixed Reef Tank in the Woods

Seems like it's been months since I started this project. First built a new cabinet for my 90 gal. The boss approves of my work!

Just got a small CUC and some Pods in the tank today.

And a couple of Firefish in the quarantine tank doing time.

Very well made. And the shipping container was so strong, I think you could have driven over it with a truck - heavy. It's sent from China, so it takes awhile. The lights are amazing to play with. I use an iPhone to control the lights. It took a bit to get it to "see" the wifi signal. Programing is interesting. If you watch the video on their website, it will help setting up your program. I struggled a bit with it. Would have been nice if there was a "average" or startup preprogrammed example to emulate. But all is good now. Lots of flexibility. Way more than I will ever need. And lots of power. Also way more than I will ever need. I really like the light.

Howdy from southern O. Been awhile since I uploaded a pic to the thread. LOL. Had a blue spot puffer go nuts on my corals. It was amazing how much damage it did before I got it out and gave it a new home. Anyway, I'll upload some new pics soon. Thanks

Still have to drive a ways to get to a good salt shop. Any good shops in your area?
My wife wants a puffer, I’ll have to talk her out of it now.

Petco nearest us had some ok corals and fish a few years ago. The guy actually had a reef tank and ordered stuff in regularly. When I first started my first tank most livestock cane from there. Still have my Clown fish from there!

So do you order all your livestock then?

Hello! Well that's a great question. Actually I do pickup fish that need to be "saved" from Petco. That's how Humblefish and I kinda met years ago. Sick fish that needed help.
But I do order online too. Live Aquaria mainly.
