New MP10wQD connection question

I just purchased a new mp10wQD, my question is what do i need to do to connect my old white mp10 to my new mp10wQD so they can react to each other as a wave maker.

Only if you want them to run either sync or anti sync modes.
They can be stand alone otherwise

Is it an MP10W? The wireless option isn't standard, and is required to sync two pumps. You can buy the wireless add-on card, but might as well just upgrade to the WQD driver while you're at it.
