New mushroom - is this a sweeper tentacle?

Will really just depend on what else your wanting to keep in the tank too i have a mixed reef so sand bed is a must for me on a rock or it would get blasted with lighting due to the acros. But also have some shelves going over the topside of my mushroom area to position the torches inthe correct flow and lighting. Here is a full tank shot to show placement and size as well.

I just had an idea but it might be a bad idea. Could they be controlled with light? If I blast that arch with 200 par light will they just stick to the lower left part?

It could be a possibility. But tbh depending on what you will be placing topside of the arch could be an issue down the road.
